Promise
House held its 10th Annual Golf Classic on May 19 at Bent Tree Country
Club in Dallas. With over $224,000 raised through sponsorships, silent
auction and registration purchases, this year’s tournament is the most
successful in the history of the agency. Ranked as the 17th largest
charitable tournament in the DFW metroplex, the Promise House Golf
Classic has one of the highest rates of proceeds return. This means
that more of the raised dollars go back to providing services to
homeless, runaway and at-risk teens of North Texas. Promise House does
not give youth a second chance to succeed: we give many of them the only
chance they have ever had. As our largest fundraising effort each year,
the golf classic will provide thousands of teens and their families with
their chance to succeed.
