The Prom² Gala fundraiser is a prom party with a cause at the historic Kessler Theater. Featuring a band, a bar, big hair and free boutonnieres and corsages for guests, Prom² is a colorful party for adults helping Promise House "move teens in crisis to safety and success." Rising Dallas star and funky R&B front man Larry g(EE) and his band (seen recently on Jimmy Kimmel Live) will shake the dance floor and with food catered by Oak Cliff's famous Bolsa restaurant, this ain't the prom of our teen years but an updated version in one of the best music venues and refurbished theaters in Texas. Prom² is what every prom should have been with a band on the rise, fantastic food and a flexible dress code. The Prom Committee encourages old school tuxes and tiaras or just jeans and boots and anything in between.
